SanLucar Fruit office building
Puçol, Valencia
Offices with values to attract talent by promoting wellness and sustainability
The office building for the company Sanlucar Fruit, dedicated to the production and distribution of fruit and vegetables based in Puçol (Valencia), has been developed in two phases, the first being an extension and the second a refurbishment of the original facilities. Its iconic and representative character for the company became the first premise to be considered in the project.
The architecture itself must show the values that Sanlucar transmits through the products it grows and sells: ecology, sustainability, quality, freshness, to configure highly flexible spaces with a high degree of comfort for its users.

PLENTY OF LIGHT AND VERTICAL GARDENS
For the initial expansion phase, we proposed a new annex volume broken on its north and south sides following a volumetric pattern that allows it to be attached to the party wall of the old building, intertwining with it to form the main entrance in the new great hall. The load of maximum expressiveness is found in this articulating space through its flooding with natural zenithal light, the vertical gardens and the main staircase of great symbolic character.
The extension of the office building in Sanlucar is a modern and functional space that adapts to the current needs of companies and users.
The use of natural and local materials combined with the most efficient construction and installation systems available today, passive solar control systems, domotisation of lighting and the use of electric vehicles, together with the introduction of vegetation as a natural and healthy ornamental element, make this building a commitment to more sustainable architecture from an economic, environmental and social point of view.
