A historic villa as the main element of the project.
Complementing the villa, two new buildings have been added to embrace the north and west sides of the villa. These buildings, while conferring a new aesthetic context to the village, have been conceived with the purpose of housing the new hotel facilities.
Harmonious fusion of history and modernity.
The accommodation block, structured on two elevated levels, is located on the west side of the complex, providing privileged views of the historic villa. The hotel services block, located to the north, comprises a restaurant-dining room on the ground floor and a multi-purpose room on the underground level. These architectural elements exhibit a careful volumetry and materiality, being integrated into the complex.
