The residential complex, consisting of two blocks, contains a total of 71 flats, the layout of which has been carefully planned to achieve an optimal distribution and maximise the use of the available space. The access to both units is via a pedestrian street at the midpoint between the blocks, making this public space an area of interrelation for the inhabitants.
