Pedestrian public space for access as a neighbourhood meeting point.
The building's strategic location in an expanding area of the city offers a promising prospect for development, while its harmonious connection to a traditional neighbourhood enriches its appeal and provides it with a unique identity. The dynamism of the façade is the result of the ingenious movement of the balconies, which gives the building a modern and attractive image.
A project that combines functionality and aesthetics with modernity, optimising the plot for a residential experience adapted to the needs of the user.
The construction of the two blocks joined at ground level to optimize parking has been a major technical challenge, which is about to be successfully completed.
